(732) 981-0800What Happens When You Call
- 1Call (732) 981-0800. Tell us where water is coming in and whether a storm just hit. If rain is on the way, we prioritize tarping first.
- 2We inspect and tarp. On the first visit we stop the water with a tarp or temporary repair and photograph all damage for your records.
- 3You get a clear written scope. Temporary fix versus permanent repair versus full replacement, with brand names and photos, so you can decide and your insurer can see it.
- 4We complete the permanent fix and help with insurance documentation for covered sudden damage like wind, hail, and fallen limbs.

Emergency Repair Questions
My roof is leaking right now. What should I do first?
Contain interior water with buckets and move valuables, then call us at (732) 981-0800. If safe, do not climb on the roof yourself. We tarp from the exterior and stop the intrusion before assessing the permanent fix.
How fast can you tarp a roof after a storm?
Usually within 24 to 48 hours from our Piscataway shop, often same-day when severe weather is forecast. Tarping comes first; the estimate for permanent repair follows once the roof is dry and safe to walk.
Will you help with my insurance claim?
Yes. We photograph damage, write a clear scope separating sudden storm damage from pre-existing wear, and coordinate with your adjuster. Wear-and-age is not storm loss, and we say so honestly so the claim stays credible.
Is a tarp enough or do I need a full repair right away?
A properly secured tarp stops water for weeks, which buys time to schedule the permanent fix correctly. Small punctures and lifted shingles can often be repaired; widespread damage or an aged roof usually points to replacement.
What does emergency service cost?
The tarp and inspection visit is quoted upfront before we climb. Permanent repair or replacement is a separate written estimate with photos, so you approve each step knowing the price.
