Can you match my existing brick or stone?
We match as closely as current products allow and show you samples against the existing work before ordering. Exact matches on decades-old brick are not always possible, and we say so upfront.
My steps are settling unevenly. Repair or rebuild?
It depends on the base. Surface resets fix minor settling; failed bases and broken footings need a rebuild to correct rises. We expose the base before recommending.
Do you handle small masonry repairs or only large jobs?
Both. Small repairs are scheduled around larger commitments, so timing may flex, but we take them. Call and we will tell you honestly whether the project fits.
Will new mortar match the old color?
We blend sand and mortar to approximate the existing joints, which weather toward a match over months. Fresh work always reads slightly different at first.
